We work in the City of London and the immediate surrounding area, and nowhere else. That is deliberate. Staying inside the city means our trucks are minutes from your property when a storm hits instead of stuck on the 401 servicing somebody else's contract.

01What area does London City Property Maintenance cover?
The City of London, Ontario and the immediate surrounding area. We do not take contracts in other cities, because being close is what lets us clear a lot before it opens.
02Do you service properties just outside London?
Often, yes. If you are on the edge of the city or just past it, ask. We will look at where you sit relative to our existing route and tell you honestly whether it works.
03Can you handle multiple properties across the city?
Yes. Multi-site portfolios are common for us, and grouping them usually improves the rate because it tightens the route.
04Does my location change the price?
Within London, not really. Price is driven by lot size, sidewalks and how much salting the property needs, not by which neighbourhood it is in.
05How many properties do you take per season?
Only as many as the route can genuinely service. Once winter routes are full we stop taking on new sites rather than stretch the crew thin.
