Every lot has a limit. By the third or fourth storm the banks at the edges have swallowed a row of stalls, the sightlines at the exit are gone, and the plow has nowhere left to push. Pushing harder at that point just moves the problem to a different corner.
Snow relocation is the answer to that. We bring in a wheel loader, lift the piles instead of shoving them, and restack or relocate the snow to where you actually want it. Your stalls come back, your sightlines come back, and the next storm has somewhere to go.
It works as a one time visit after a heavy week, or as part of your winter plan from the start. You do not need to be on a seasonal contract with us to book it.

Starting at $160 per hour
Best for tighter sites, smaller commercial properties, and manoeuvring around parked cars, islands and anything else already on the lot.
JCB 411
Wheel loader, 3 yard bucket
Starting at $175 per hour
Best for larger commercial properties, substantial piles, and high volume relocation where the bucket size is what decides how long the job takes.
Rates are hourly and start at the figures above. We confirm availability and give you the expected hours before anything is booked, so you are never guessing at the invoice.
